Snow Removal Addition!
Can you come at a certain time?
We tend to operate during the night, typically starting around 12 - 2 am depending on the weather. Unfortunately, we are unable to grantee a time, although we try to have all driveways completed before 9am. **Weather Dependent**
How much snow has to accumulate before we will come out?
We will not operate unless there has been an accumulation of 5 cm (2 inches). This is done to reduce damage on our blowers. If the weather is calling for a greater accumulation within a span of 24 hours, our operators will not start until after it has stopped snowing.
Do we have to pay upfront all at once?
No!
We offer three payment structures. You can either choose to pay the full amount for the season upfront, divide the full amount into 2 equal payments, or three equal payment. All first installments are due November 1st of that given year. Each installment amount and payment due date will be disclosed in your contract. Payment must be received before work can commence.
Are we fully insured?
Absolutely!
We have cars in the driveway at night, do we have to move them?
No!
We try our best to work around cars. All our tractors are equipped with inverted blowers, therefore we can safely get closer to vehicles left in the driveway in comparison to a regular blower. We will leave about a one to two foot radius around your vehicle where possible to ensure a clean driveway. If you have the ability to remove your vehicle for the night to somewhere safe, we will be able to clear the entire driveway.
